Registration - PKB Company offers the option to register on the website, which allows you to avoid entering delivery information every time you place an order. Registration is not required for purchase, and it is up to you to decide whether you want to register or not. Contests with prizes - Various Personal Data is collected as part of participation in contests with prizes, and their rules are determined by separate regulations. Please review the contest regulations before deciding to participate. Physical stores: You can also provide Personal Data to our team in physical stores. Of course, this is not required for making a purchase. Depending on the Personal Data you choose to provide, as well as the purpose or method of collecting Personal Data, the following information may be collected from you:

Based on the usage of the website (registration, ordering...), the browser sends user information through our servers, including IP address, date and time of visit, information about time spent on our pages, referral URL (the website you came from), visited subpages on our website, and information about the device or browser (such as browser type and version, operating system).

Processing of Personal Data:

Order fulfillment:

If you have ordered products from PKB Company, we will use your Personal Data to deliver the ordered products to you and to contact you regarding the status of your order through email, phone, or any other means. This is done to fulfill the purchase agreement. We will also transmit your Personal Data to the delivery company and warehouse to ship and deliver your order to your designated delivery address. We process Personal Data for this purpose based on the purchase agreement we have entered into with you.

We may also use data about your age to verify if you are old enough to enter into a valid purchase agreement and if we can process your Personal Data. We use Personal Data in this way based on a legal obligation.
