How to Use

TEC 2000 Radiator Stop Leak is best used preventively (it does not reduce coolant flow). Preventive use will protect the engine from overheating if leaks are no larger than 1.5 mm and will help preserve the coolant.
Radiator Sealing – Important Tips
When using the radiator sealant, remember a few important things. Most importantly, exercise EXTREME CAUTION WHEN UNSCREWING THE FILLER CAP. Why? REMEMBER THAT COOLANT IS UNDER PRESSURE, AND ITS TEMPERATURE IS VERY HIGH, MAKING IT EASY TO GET BURNED.
HOW TO USE THE RADIATOR SEALANT SAFELY? We recommend wearing protective clothing, including gloves and goggles, and unscrewing the cap slowly.

Shake the container vigorously, then pour the product into the cooling system.
