Sean, Turner Automotive: clean oil into a clean engine after an Engine Flush

Sean, Turner Automotive (The Green) · Filmed July 2024 · 0:35

Sean is a mechanic at Turner Automotive. We filmed this interview with him at the garage in July 2024, with David from TEC 2000 UK asking the questions.

In this 35-second clip, Sean says TEC 2000 products were first introduced to him 10, 11, maybe 12 years ago. He calls the Engine Flush "the green one there", describes what he can tell when he drains the oil after using it, and compares putting clean oil into a clean engine to not putting dirty clothes back on after a shower.

Sean: It's like when you have a shower, you don't come back out the shower and put back on dirty clothes.

Sean: So the TEC 2000 products were first introduced to me around about 10, 11 years ago, maybe 12 years ago. And immediately I could see a difference in the product, particularly with the Engine Flush, which is the green one there. I could tell, you know, as an engineer draining the oil out...

David (TEC 2000 UK): Yeah, yeah, exactly.

Sean: ...I can absolutely tell that all of the muck is coming out with that oil. It becomes looser, more fluid coming out. You know it's done its job.

Sean: You've got to put clean oil into a clean engine.
